Antique Victorian gold filled pocket watch fob / pendant with a spinning decoration accented with a round carnelian on one side and bloodstone on the other side. The rest of the fob is accented with sharp hand engraved details throughout.
The fob is in very good condition with only minor surface scuffs and scratches. It measures 3/4" wide x 1-1/4" tall.
