Vintage 1950s solid 14k yellow gold engine turned heart pendant with circle center and fluted starburst detailing on the edges. The piece measures approx. 7/8" tall x 5/8" wide. The back of the heart commemorates a personal Valentine's engraving for the original recipient of the piece: "2-14-53".
