Vintage solid 14k yellow gold petite heart locket with a brushed finish on the front and a small star set diamond in the center of the design. The piece measures 3/8" wide x 1/2" tall including the bail. It hangs from a 15" 14k yellow gold cable chain.
The locket is in good condition though it does have some scuffs and scratches on the front and back (nothing very noticeable). It closes with a firm snap..
