Vintage solid 14k yellow gold heart shaped pendant with a bow design on top of the heart accented with natural round rubies in channel settings. The piece measures 7/8" tall x 5/8" wide. It is in very good condition though there are some very small chips and nicks on a few of the rubies which is only noticeable under magnification.
